The curls, lengths, and diameter plays a big part in creating the ideal look for each clients. With eyelash extensions, you can wake up looking ready for the day. No mascara or lash curler needed.

 We offer a variety of styles for lash extensions: classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume. Lash extensions are safe with proper application, therefore, your natural lashes shouldn’t break or damaged. Rest assure, we care about the integrity of your natural lashes and will refuse service if we feel that your natural lashes would not be able to handle lash extensions. In this case, we would recommend clients to try lash growth serum. Due to lash extensions being semi-permanent, refill appointments after your first full set is highly recommended for maintenance. How often you need a refill depends on your own natural eyelash growth cycle and on how well you take care of your lashes. After your first full set with us, we will explain in details on how to take care of them and provide you with the best products to care for them to ensure that you get the best of your investment.

Please be aware that in order to offer eyelash extensions in the state of IL, lash artists are required to acquire either a cosmetologist or esthetician license. 

Are you a candidate for eyelash extensions?

Eyelash extensions is beneficial to everyone, but it isn't for everyone.

Please see these conditions below:
  • Do you find yourself rubbing your eyes often?

    • With lash extensions, you will need to be aware with this habit. 

  • Do you have sensitive skin or condition?

    • Although eyelash extensions are not applied to the skin, allergic reactions are possible from the adhesive or under-eye pads. The area around your eyes is easily irritated by skincare products or cosmetics. Clients with known allergies should alert the lash stylist prior to beginning the procedure.

  • Are you willing to keep up with the maintenance every 2-3 weeks?

    • Lash extensions is a high-maintenance service, you will need to be able to keep up and take good care of your lashes and be committed to coming back every 2-3 weeks for a refill. 

  • Are you currently taking any thyroid medications?

    • Thyroid medications can affect your lashes, making natural lashes oilier, dryer or more brittle. Please be aware that if you are taking these medications, your lashes may respond differently to the extensions. If you take vitamins that encourage or stimulate hair growth, be aware that your lashes shed cycle may speed up.

  • Are you currently pregnant or going through menopause?

    • Pregnancy and menopause can change the lash environment as well.

Tips before your appointment

  • Please arrive with no makeup on your lashes. If you have worn heavy makeup the day before, please clean them to the best of your ability. Lash extensions do not stick on dirty lashes! If we have to clean them for you it will take away the time that is needed for your lash application.
  • Please refrain from drinking coffee before your appointment as coffee can make your eyes twitch during the appointment.
  • We recommend to shower 24hr before your appointment as you will need to wait the next day after your service to do so.
  • Feel free to bring your headphones during your appointment. We will have music in the room as well.
  • If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the wellness of both parties.

Aftercare for lash extensions

  • Do not get lashes wet for the first 24hr.
  • Do not use sauna/steaming room or excessive sweating
    for the first 24hr.
  • Do not use oil-based eye products, creams or
    waterproof mascara or eyeliner.
  • Use only water-based/oil-free makeup & makeup remover.
  • Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler.
  • Be careful to avoid pulling extensions or rubbing eyes.
  • Try your best to sleep on your back, use a satin pillow case if needed.
  • Any heat or steam will affect your retention, be mindful when you’re cooking or showering.
  • Always clean with lash shampoo and brush your lashes at least once daily.
  • If needed, please see a certified lash artist to have your extensions removed.
  • To extend the life of your lashes & keep them looking fresh, please schedule refills every 2-3 weeks.
