Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Your scheduled appointment is time specifically set aside for you with Havy. Therefore, we kindly ask for a 48 hours notice in order to fill your appointment. All cancellations or reschedule require at least 48 hours notice or you will be subject to charges.

If a 48 hours notice is not provided or you do not show up to your appointment, there will be a charge on the credit/debit card that you have inputted into the system when requesting for the appointment slot. The charge will be half of the price of the service you wish to receive. By inputing your information in the system, it gives us the consent to charge your card if any of these circumstances apply to you.

If you do not show up to your touch-up appointment (second session that is included with the Microblading packages), your complimentary touch-up will be forfeited. Although you may rebook the touch up appointment, you will be charged for this based on your touch up fee schedule.
